All birth and death records are maintained in the county where the birth or death occurs. If the birth or death occurred in Clermont County the certificate will be on file with the Health District. We recommend you contact us before arriving to verify that the certificate is on file with the Clermont County General Health District. Since there is no birthing hospital in Clermont County most of the births in our area occur outside Clermont County.
